Walking, Jogging and Running in PE
Students were able to get outside in PE class on Tuesday and had the option to walk, jog or run with their friends.
The walking, jogging and running activity in Mr. Patenaude's PE class this week gave students the opportunity to catch up with classmates while exercising.
Walking, jogging and running help improve a child's cardiovascular health.
Alternating between all three activities increases physical fitness while putting less stress on the body.
Students did such a great job that Mr. Patenaude gave them time to play on the playground at the end of class.
Students were very excited and enjoyed their time on the playground.
