ICS Students Bring Joy to Nursing Home Residents

Iroquois
The Iroquois Community School 7th and 8th grade Concert Band and Orchestra embarked on a special tour to a nursing home in Des Plaines this past holiday season.
The event provided a wonderful opportunity for the students to share their gift of music with others and spread some holiday cheer to the residents of the facility.
It was a memorable experience that brought joy to not only the nursing home residents, but also to the performers.
General Music, Choir and Orchestra Teacher Mr. Dominique Radtke said he is proud of the music students for participating in such a meaningful event.
