On July 30, students and families came together for the annual Back-to-School Bash!

Students, their families, staff, and even alumni enjoyed a variety of food, including hot dogs, chips, popsicles and other tasty treats.

The Des Plaines Fire Department was a huge hit, bringing a fire truck for students to explore. Many kids took turns climbing inside, pretending to drive, and pressing the various utility buttons along the side.

Out on the field, students connected while playing soccer and football.

Raising Cane's was also in attendance and hosted a fun game for families. Participants placed a coin at the top of a board and watched as it dropped into a section determining their prize. Prizes included fun pens, bags and other unique items.

Other community organizations, including the Girl Scouts, Go Green, and the Des Plaines Public Library, joined the fun with their own tables.

The highlight of the night was Wild Bill's Bubble Madness foam party. Kids and parents alike had a blast playing in mountains of foam.

With a great turnout, it was wonderful to see so many families celebrating together, including high school students who returned to join the festivities.

A huge thank you to the school's Parent-Teacher Council (PTC) for putting on an epic event for students, their families and alumni.

The Wolfpack is looking forward to a great school year and another fun bash next summer!
