The EL Department hosted a family event on November 8 to support families who are new to the country.
Families were able to gather some new information, get logged into the parent portal, gather resources, and connect with other families who are also experiencing a new life in the United States.
Our D62 teachers volunteered their time to spend the evening with the students.
The children enjoyed playing games, practicing their English, and eating pizza.
