Community Consolidated School District 62 is excited to once again partner with the Des Plaines Public Library to host its annual art exhibit at the Des Plaines Public Library, 1501 Ellinwood Lane, Des Plaines.

Art work from the District 62 elementary and middle schools will be on display May 4 through May 15.

A formal reception honoring the artists took place on May 5.

“This year marks the 10th anniversary of the D62 Student Art Exhibit, which brings our community together by celebrating our students’ impressive artistic achievements and highlighting brilliant lessons taught by the art teachers,” said District 62 Art Teacher Abraham Lee.

“We are truly fortunate to have a community that wholeheartedly supports and values the visual arts program in Community Consolidated School District 62," Lee said.
