Congratulations to Our Winter Card Winners!

At the November 17 Board of Education Meeting, District 62 recognized the winners of its 2025 Winter Card Contest.

The first place winter card contest winner was Zayuri, a seventh grader at Chippewa Middle School.

Second place went to Grace, a sixth grader at Iroquois Community School and third place went to Therese, an eigth grader at Chippewa Middle School.

More than 70 entries were submitted this year!

The winter card submissions were judged by a panel of community volunteers from surrounding community agencies as well as volunteers from the Frisbie Senior Center.

All entries will be on display at the Des Plaines Public Library during the month of December.
