Central
Each week, for one hour, the students participate in what we call 'Power Hour'.
10 teachers and staff host a small group activity each week for students.
We have a drawing section, a meditation section, a stem with picture books section, paper mache, coding, researching future careers, crocheting, building a rock garden, stop motion with legos and a section on our social emotional learning needs.
This activity benefits the students because they get to experience all these hands on activities that you don't get to do in a regular school day.
