Students in Ms. Hanley and Ms. Khokhar's Newcomers class worked on a creative project that highlighted the best parts of themselves.

The teachers introduced the assignment by sharing the book The Best Part of Me, pointing out how each page features a black-and-white photograph of a child's favorite feature-such as their hands, eyes, legs, or hair-paired with a short description explaining why they love that part of themselves.
