Orchestra Festival Showcases Students of All Ages

Algonquin
Algonquin Middle School orchestra students participated in the D62 / Maine West Orchestra Festival on Tuesday, October 22.
It was an incredible day of music-making and collaboration among all three middle schools and Maine West High School.
The Algonquin students, under the direction of Ms. Kristin Vaziri, learned from a talented orchestra clinician who worked closely with each ensemble.
Mr. Dominique Radtke, Music Teacher at Iroquois Community School, said the energy and creativity showcased the strong partnership between both districts, highlighting the power of music to unite and inspire.
Bravo to all the young musicians for their hard work and dedication!
