Winter Card Contest

Community Consolidated School District 62 would like to recognize the winners of its 2025 Winter Card Contest:

1st Place: Zayuri , Grade 7, Algonquin Middle School

2nd Place: Grace , Grade 6, Iroquois Community School

3rd Place: Therese, Grade 8, Chippewa Middle School 

Nearly 80 winter card submissions were judged by a panel of community volunteers from surrounding community agencies as well as volunteers from the Frisbie Senior Center.

All entries will be on display at the Des Plaines Public Library through the month of December.

The winning design will become District 62’s official winter card that will be mailed out next month to the community.
