School Year Calendars
CCSD62's school calendars are established in cooperation with staff and the Board of Directors. The calendar is set well in advance so that families can synchronize their activities with school schedules. Please note: Weather-related makeup days are added to the end of any school year or as noted on the calendar.
Iroquois Community School
July 16th: First Day of school for Grades 1-8.
July 17th: First Day of Preschool & Kindergarten
June 5th: Last day of school for K-8
10 Month Schools
August 21st: School starts for schools, Grades 1-8.
August 22nd: First day of Preschool & Kindergarten for all schools.
June 5th: Last day of school for Pre-K - 8

Family Fun Night (Free)

Reconnect and strengthen your family bonds at Family Fun Nights, a drop-in 1.5-hour event
designed for families with children ages 5 and up. In a safe and supportive environment, you'll have the freedom to choose from a variety of activities that best suit your family's interests — whether that's playing games, engaging in arts and crafts, or enjoying a family-friendly movie.
This event is all about creating meaningful connections in a relaxed setting, where the
focus is on spending quality time together with family. Snacks will be provided to keep
everyone happy and fueled for fun. Join us for an evening that’s as flexible as it is fun, and
make memories that will last a lifetime!
