My name is René Carranza and as the principal of this terrific school, I am delighted to welcome you to our website. Plainfield is home to the Peacemakers.
We are committed to creating the best possible learning environment for students, staff and community. In this spirit we are proud to have been selected to the Illinois Honor Roll for high academic achievement as well as receiving a Spotlight Award for reducing the achievement gap.
The Plainfield community is richly diverse. We take great pride in this and celebrate it joyfully. The Plainfield staff is dedicated, talented and conscientious. Collaboration is a mainstay of our approach. We invite you to contact us if there are any questions.
