School Employee Wellness Program



Mission Statement
The Des Plaines School District Wellness program seeks to encourage and educate members on healthy lifestyles as well as facilitate a culture of improved health.


The employee wellness program, Live W.E.L.L. foster an alternative to dependency on doctors and drugs. It advocates principles for good health. The activities most closely practiced by our employees include social responsibility, exercise and fitness, nutrition, stress management, critical thinking, humor and play, and effective relationships.
