About Forest Elementary
Forest School is home to approximately 450 students in grades pre-K through fifth. We are one of the elementary schools that comprise Community Consolidated School District 62. Most Forest students go to Algonquin Middle School when they enter sixth grade.
Forest School is also home to the LICA (Low Incidence Cooperative Agreement) program for the deaf and hard of hearing students in the North Suburban area.
Additionally, Forest School provides bilingual education to Spanish-speaking students from Forest, Cumberland, Central and Terrace schools in District 62.
