Chippewa Organization of Parents and Educators (C.O.P.E)



The Chippewa Organization of Parents and Educators is an independent organization formed to foster and support a close relationship between home and school.

Thanks to members of the Chippewa Middle School Parent Teacher Organization (PTO), the March 14, 2010 Bowling Bash at Des Plaines River Rand Bowl proved to be a successful event, having raised $3,000. Many parents, teachers, staff, students, businesses and friends attended and/or supported the event that will benefit Chippewa students! A Silent Auction highlighted the day. Auction contributors included the following: the Chicago Bears, the Chicago Blackhawks, Giacomo’s Restaurant, Oliveti’s Restaurant, YMCA of Des Plaines, Hair by Teresa, Amy’s Nails, the Brueck Family, the Bennett/Nunez Family, the Grooms Family, the Eby Family, the Prim Family, the Sanks Family, the Fowler Family, the Degnan Family, the Jackson Family, the Martin-Ranft Family, Mrs. Carman, Senora Houlihan, Susan Moniz, Jamee Atwood, the Chippewa Office, Chippewa’s Super 8s Team, Team Integrity, the Explorers Team, Chippewa’s Teamwork, the Encore Team, the Navigators, and Chippewa’s Team Liberty.

Volunteering
There are several committees needed all year for the Chippewa Organization of Parents and Educators.  Volunteers are always encouraged to participate.  If you would like to receive periodic e-mails from C.O.P.E.
